‘Fascination Bhutan - exploring new horizons in the land of happiness’, with this guiding principle of our ideology and travel philosophy, I would like to welcome you to bhutan-horizonte.

We are passionate about travelling and are enthusiastic about organising trips to Bhutan. Our company berghorizonte was born out of our fascination with the mountains and we put our heart and soul into running berghorizonte. Through ‘being on the road’ and the ‘passion’ of travelling in the mountains of our world, berghorizonte was founded and has slowly grown with friends from the respective destinations. 

In the mountains of Bhutan, the idea was born to promote this great country sustainably for tourism, the philosophy of ‘happiness’ and ‘sustainability’ play the biggest role in terms of tourism in Bhutan.

We put a lot of heart and soul into planning our trips. This means that no two Bhutan trips are the same. Over the last 15 years, we have been able to inspire around 3,000 travelers to visit Bhutan, and some have even traveled with us to Bhutan for the 2nd, 3rd or 4th time.

On these individual trips, you are very flexible in the planning phase with us and further rewarding travel highlights can arise on site. Our permanently employed and well-trained guides and drivers on the trekking tours - the accompanying team - take care of you and your well-being.

Personal: Our berghorizonte team knows all the destinations in Bhutan personally and we maintain many valuable contacts.
