The usual way to get to Bhutan is by plane. Bhutan has an international airport, Paro International Airport. Selected airlines such as Druk Air (Royal Bhutan Airlines) or Bhutan Airlines offer direct flights to Paro from various cities such as Delhi (India), Kathmandu (Nepal), Mumbai (India), and Bangkok (Thailand). Alternatively, travelers can enter via Kolkata, Bagdogra, or Guwahati by road into western or eastern Bhutan or take flights from there to Paro.
